We would like to say how impressed we were with the installation

Following our recent boiler replacement we would like to say how impressed we were with the installation by your team of engineers.  They were not only professional but friendly, polite and helpful.  The installation was neat with minimum disruption and they left the house as they had found it.  We know there were problems, mainly due to it being a new model of boiler but, despite the problems they encountered they did everything possible (including disrupting Simon’s holiday) to ensure we had a working system for Christmas, and this they did, much to our relief. For this, we are eternally grateful and now enjoy warmth and comfort.  We will most certainly be transferring our servicing contract to you from British Gas when it comes up for renewal next year.

“Recommended by a neighbour, NORDEC gave excellent service. The engineer Ian was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He arrived on time for the appointment – ringing in advance to let us know he was on the way. He serviced our hot air central heating boiler and replaced a part in the hot water system very quickly and at a reasonable price. He had the part in his van so was able to do the work immediately. In the past we’ve had difficulty finding heating specialists that know how to service and repair hot air systems. I would recommend NORDEC. It’s a weight off our minds to know that our whole system is working well and safely. Thank you.”
